With more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, T brings extensive hands-on knowledge and real-world industry experience to every training session.
Throughout his career, T has worked across a wide range of hospitality roles, including waiter, barista, bartender and chef, while also taking on management and business operations roles for major hospitality companies.
His experience extends beyond individual hospitality skills to managing teams, running hospitality businesses, maintaining service standards and understanding the day-to-day demands of a successful hospitality operation.
This diverse background allows T to provide practical, hands-on training based on real industry experience.
